Families book and pay. You stop chasing.

Your timetable and memberships in one place, paid by card straight to your club, with nothing to reconcile at the end of the month.

  • Online booking. Families see the sessions with space, book every child at once and pay by card.
  • Regular weekly places. Gymnasts keep a fixed slot each week, counted against the session’s capacity.
  • Monthly memberships. Taken by card on a schedule and tied to their weekly places, with a morning check that flags anyone who has fallen behind.
  • Family sign-up. Parents add their children with emergency contacts, health notes and photo consent.
  • British Gymnastics numbers checked. Lapsed and invalid numbers are flagged, with a grace period before bookings pause.

Also: waitlists that offer a freed place automatically, and closures refunded as credit.

  • A gymnast app. Gymnasts sign in with a six-digit code, with no email or phone number needed.
  • First aid and welfare. Reports logged on a phone, seen only by the people who need them.

Pay for the gymnasts who train. Nothing else.

Minimum £20 a month

Your money stays yours. Families pay straight into your club's own account and it goes to your bank. We never hold it, add to the card fee or take a cut.

  • Only gymnasts who are active count. Gymnasts still on your books but taking a break cost nothing, and a quiet month costs nothing at all.
  • No cut of your takings. There's no percentage. Your takings are yours from the moment a family pays.
  • One simple monthly bill. Paid by Direct Debit or card, showing how many gymnasts were active.

Questions clubs ask

How do we move across from spreadsheets?

We'll import your members, gymnasts and sessions with you, and help you set up memberships and your timetable.

What does it cost?

£1 a month for each gymnast who trains that month, with a minimum of £20. Card payments go straight to your club, with only the usual card processing fee. There's a calculator in Pricing, and we're happy to talk it through.

How do we get paid?

Families pay by card into your club's own payment account, which pays your bank on a regular schedule. You set it up from the app in about 15 minutes. We never hold your money.

Do parents need to download an app?

No. It runs in the browser and can be added to any phone's home screen, where it works like an app.

Who can see our club's information?

Only your club. Each club's data is kept separate, and within your club access depends on role: coaches don't see money, and parents only see their own family.

Is it only for trampolining?

Bookings, payments and registers work for any club. The optional skill tracking covers trampoline and double mini today.
